- Really good fried food is pretty hard to find, Dixie Grille is a hidden little gem of some of the best fried food available in the area. The fried pickles and sweet potato fries are true superstars by themselves and the fried pickle portion is a meal on its own. The Southern fried oyster dinner is my favorite thing on the menu hands down, I have yet to find better, it's very juicy too and not overcooked. The farm raised fried catfish dinner is superb too. They have a nice mixed greens salad

The waiter that servers us was awesome. They do there job well with a Down to earth service. I never had to ask for anything, and they don't hover over you. They see what you need and bring it to you
Absolutely lovely. Food was prepared perfectly to order. Great menu. Had no idea what to expect and was so pleased.
I've eaten at the Dixie Grille many times and have never been disappointed. The food is exceptional and the staff is ready to please. The owner, Peggy, cares and wants your dining experience to be so good you're sure to return. I love this place, for family dining and good food this is my favorite place to go. They even have a bar!!

Family style restaurant good home style food with fresh vegetables and excellent meat and seafood. The prices are very competitive $5+ lunches. A good place to take the wife without breaking the bank.
