I m a local and several of my friends have contracted with Linsons on projects and were very dissatisfied. The projects were very expensive; Linsons will not call back regarding the workmanship. The work was not professional and neither is their Customer Service!

I have had the same experience with Linson's as Sylvia. Linson's made some custom drapery for me about 10 years ago and I was very pleased with them. A few months ago they did another project (drapery) for me and the results were disastrous. One of the panels looks like it was either cut too short or hemmed too high and they had to rip out the hem and make a longer/correct size. Unfortunately, where the drapery was hemmed incorrectly now has a line of holes all the way across the wide panel from the needle holes. I have stopped by the store and called Linson's 5 times and they will not return my calls. They were scheduled to come to my house to look at the panel that is now an eyesore and they just never showed up. They seem very interested in the initial sale but after the sale the customer rates a zero. I am embarrassed to have friends see my new living room drapes but I proudly tell them that they were made by Linson's.

on a scale of 1-5 i'd have to give them a big 0. their customer service is lacking. they do not return phone calls, they do not deliver as promised and their workmanship is lacking. I found them to be about as untruthful about the whereabouts of my chair and the progress as the day is long on June 20th
