Contracted Bowser through Dean Jones to do multiple repairs to a home built in 1967. Work was done professionally, on time and per estimate. Steve, David, Nathon, Tom. Paulie, and others were execllent workers, even in very cold weather. They cleaned up every evening, hauled away trash, and followed up on all questions/request. The task included: * roof repair of two valleys, sheeting, flashing, shingle repair/replacement * installation of 16 windows (including one large bay window, sill, etc.) * replaced all sill and support framing which had rotted * Installed 3 new doors - one slider, one front with side windows, and one double * Installed a porch railing * Installed new siding, with LOTS of metal flashing work * Installed new gutters / covers * provided cleaning, and water sealing of block area below bay window * replaced rotted floor sheeting in bay window area (indoors).
