I now call this company for all my Plumbing and HVAC needs. The technicians I have come across so far are very professional and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. I had Chris D. today for my plumbing issues. Yes issues lol. Unlike other companies & technicians I had in the past where the technician disappears & comes back and says, "Welp here is your problem", Chris D. explained how the plumbing works, showed me what he was looking for & found the problems I am having with my plumbing. He gave me the pros & cons and explained to me my options. I will definitely be asking for Chris D again for my plumbing services. Thanks again!

Tom was very personable, as soon as he walked in it was as if we had known him for years. He did an excellent job explaining everything he was going to do and was very receptive to questions. Blantons always has had great customer service from their employees and Tom keeps that standard going. We are thankful that he came by to help with our issues and look forward to doing more business with him and Blantons in the near future. I called Blanton's and they immediately set up an appointment time that worked for me. David B. arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my heat. He checked to see if there was still a warranty on my unit (there was not) and then he replaced the part and had my heat running again in no time. He was professional, friendly, and accommodating.
