Wow - Keith was so helpful - He found the perfect furniture I'd been looking for and found choices for my daughter.

Bought a recliner on sale for $500 (down from $800) in Feb and by August the whole mechanism underneath fell apart. It supposedly has a one year warranty but it took them over a month to send a repair man out just to look at it. He confirmed it was faulty and needed to order the entire bottom and should take a few weeks. Here it is January now, 4 months later, and it is still not fixed. I have called them at least 10 times and all they say is they are waiting on the part from China. I asked to see the order for this part and they said they do not keep record of this, it is all word of mouth.....really?? From China?? Who doesn't keep record of this?? I then asked for a replacement recliner & she said she would have to ask the manager. When will that be? She said she was not sure as he comes & goes. Called her 3 more times, never spoke to manager. They will lie to you just to hold out so your warranty will expire. I do not recommend this company at all!!

It took 5 weeks to receive our wall unit. Picked it up and the base unit had scratched & broken pieces. They said 2-3 weeks for new one, after 4 weeks we called them and deliver it the following week. They called us the day of the delivery and said they opened up the box to check and see if the correct item was in the box, and it was the wrong item. We told them to take it all back. They had one from another store and delivered it the next week and the side piece was broken. After 10 weeks and 2 wasted days they took it back. Had to call there corporate office in Canada to get my money back. The manager is never in the store and their customer service people are not authorized to do anything!

Our experience was a great one. Kathryn was very attentive of what our needs were. She took the time to explain everything to us, and helped us with making a decision and never pressured us to making a decision.

Product was a great price. Received about 2 weeks earlier then expected. Great experience overall.

I needed new furniture for my new house. I shopped every where but nobody had what I liked. Above all its hard to find everything in one place and for the right price. I didn't know furniture shopping would be so tedious. My husband was very frustrated with me. Then I went to JR furniture in Lynnwood, referred to me by a friend of mine. I was happy of their selection and prices. My sales person was very knowledgeable and he knew exactly what I wanted. He also gave me very good price for everything. It was a one stop shop for me. I got all my furniture fairly soon, although I was expecting everything next day. Over all, I was very happy of their furniture and service. I will always go to JR furniture if I ever need any more furniture. Lindsey‎
