I would not recommend Kostas Gagasoules or Professional Design Fur Inc. for any alteration to fine fur. Kostas can be very unprofessional at times. I hired Professional Design Fur Inc. to make alterations on my fur and Kostas was not very professional and pretty lousy at design . The alteration took twice as long to complete as promised. It was over 2 months before I received my completed coat. The coat was two sizes to small and was stitch sloppy. When I told Kostas of my concerns he rushed me out of his shop and said he was busy. The price negotiated was not honored. Kostas changed the price several time adding as high as an additional 40% increase on the invoice. My overall experience was poor and I would warn anyone thinking of doing business with Professional Design Fur Inc. to beware.
