I have traveled all over the country, moving from town to town and in all my years and all my travels I have never come across a better, more experienced hands on bike shop. AJ Picarello, owner, is an experienced downhill and trials competitor who puts what he sells through vigorous testing. That is what amazed me about DownCycles, the owner is an amazing downhill mountain biker with an amazing technical knowledge of the bikes and parts he sells because he tests them first hand. I have never come across that anywhere, period! And it's not only the owner that is skilled at what he does, but also the downcycles staff, I was impressed at the knowledge this shop has and not to mention the patience factor.
