I always recommend Christina's for ice cream, and several years ago they added a spice shop right beside. They are both excellent shops for variety and for quality. Spices are very affordable, as you can buy small quantities, not only of spices, but rices of all kinds, chocolate of all kinds, teas, dried split beans, regular beans, you name it. For ice cream, they have many flavors both in yogurt and lo-fat...they make their own ice creams, and expense is market price, but worth every penny. At one point they were making diabetic ice cream with sweetener aspergame(Sp?), which shows the variety they are capable of.

Excellent Ice cream. The price is high but that is the industry standard.
