I can't say enough good things about this company. They do things the old fashioned way, completely by hand, and they stand by their work. The best customer service I have ever seen. First of all, I bought my wife's custom engagement ring from Brahim back in 2012. The service was excellent and Brahim worked with me to design the perfect ring that was exactly what my wife wanted! I couldn't have been happier, he is work is professional, unique, and fast!

Fast forward a few years, my wife found that the ring just didn't fit as well as it used to (she lost some weight). I dropped by Brahim's shop and he bent over backwards to make it right. Brahim offered to do a full resize. Now the ring fits beautifully! Awesome service! These guys are as good as it gets between customer service and standing behind their product! A pleasure to work with!
