I brought a bridesmaid dress here to have altered and the first appointment went very well. I thought Janette was very nice and professional. When I left, I made an appointment to pick up my dress almost a month later. A few days before the appointment I called to see if I could change it to another day. Just push the appointment back two days. She said that was not a problem at all. I came in for my appointment at 10am and she first tried to give me the wrong dress. Then she told me that I wasn't supposed to be coming in til 6pm. I explained to her that I am at work during that time so there is no way that I would've made an appointment for that time. She then proceded to YELL at me that I came in at the wrong time. It's not my fault she can't keep track of her appointments. I asked her if my dress was even ready and she told me to meet her up at the front of the store. She never came up there, but instead I was greeted by a man (not sure if he is her husband?). I explained to him that I had an appointment to come in at 10am that day and my dress wasn't ready. He told me that I could come back later, but I had to work. What made me mad was if I had come in for my original appointment...would my dress have been ready then?? I told the man that I came in to get my dress and he says to me, "You can have it, but it's all in pieces." He then tells me I can come back in tomorrow to pick it up. I'm just about in tears. They had my dress for a month and it wasn't ready and I'm getting yelled at?!?! I came in the next day and she was so happy to see me and acted as if the day before never happened. I wanted an apology and I NEVER got one. She tried to give me the wrong dress once again. Then I think she remembered me and went on to say that it was all my fault for the confusion of yesterday and that someone else had called in with the same number. That's not my problem. I did my part, I showed up for my appointment...twice. I get verbally attacked by this woman and I don't even get an apology for that or for my dress not being ready and having to come back in the next day, which was a huge inconvenience. As far as I see it, I did nothing wrong. If it was going to be a problem to change my appointment then she should have said so. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
