truly the worst landlords i have ever came across. the maintenance crew are very nice men, but they never come to fix anything. i believe this to be a management problem though. probably because they are too cheap to deal with maintaining their buildings. a major complaint i have is that they never answer their office phone...probably because they have caller id and avoid their tenants because they do not want to fix anything. they give you empty promises about fixing the common areas, eventually rip the carpets up, and then leave plywood on the ground. just the classic definition of slum lords. the girls at the office are all proud and obnoxious, as well as confrontational. renting from these people and putting money in their sewn shut pockets was one of the worst mistakes i have ever made. they rent to filthy dss recipients who drink all day, rob their neighbors, party all night, and largely act like ignorant, uneducated fools. best advice - stay far, far away.
