In 2008 I have my auto towed to the Browns Automatic Transmission Service shop for repairs and there was a discrepancy between me( the owner) and the Jiffy Lube shop that repaired it. I was assured by the owner in writing and verbally that he would cooperate with Jiffy lube and replace the transmission. It never happened my automobile got stolen from the shop that was owned by Charles Ricky Brown. In addition to that when I last saw the auto no repairs were made before it got stolen from the service shop. I thought it was strange that the lot had over 100 cars on it and then when I last checked on the automobile that got stolen from the service shop lot there were only about 10 vehicles on its location. Has this happened to anybody else vehicle from the Browns transmission service shop?
