Never go there again a worse new management I never seen, not worth for your time and money at all . They talk trash too much

I haven't been here for about two years and have recently started to going here again.
This place is under new management (the last manager was a jerk.). I got a full-set, design from Tammy and a deluxe pedicure from some girl. The price was very reasonable and everyone is really nice. The mall was closing but Tammy stay past it and actually finish a great job on mine. I would definitely recommended to everyone. The nails last very long too, and the service was amazing compare to the price they have. Very busy on the weekend, so you may need to make an appointment just in case. :)

I used to come here to get my eyebrows and feet done..... Today I had a gift cert and figured I would take my two little ones to get their nails painted. So they went first and right before the girl was going to paint my nails she wanted payment and I handed her my gift card and she came back and told me it was expired!? Well needless to say I had to pay the 50.00 for our nails and my eyebrows. Then the lady said let my nails dry and she would do my brows. 20 mins later I got up and demanded my money back for my brows and went next door and had them done! I will never go back. The gift cert was expired by 2 weeks! Someone gave you money for that and I should be able to use it when I want to. I was so upset leaving here that I was almost in tears

I was looking to get my eyebrows tattooed and did some research an heard the lady at ocean nails was really good. I also saw a bunch of ladies that had them done there and they looked really nice. So I made an appointment. I had my eyebrows drawn on already when I came in. She cleane them up and said she was ready to go. I was very nervous even tho I'm a heavily tattooed female. I told her to make sure they weren't too big or thick. And also she said there was a numbing cream. So when she tarted and it was really painful I was even more nervous!! She did one but wouldn't let me look and started on the other so I grabbed my iPhone and flipped my camera around to see and I sat straight up an said oh my god what have you done to me!? They weren't even close to what we had drawn on!!! I tarted balling my eyes out and she kept saying "I can fix". I was devastated!! She was trying to go over dark brown with skin tone an being that I am a tattooer myself (not a cosmetic tattooer a regular tattoo artist) I know you cannot go over dark ink with light and expect it to cover so I left and did not pay!! Now I'm stick with these eyebrows until I go have them laser removed!! DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!!!! :(

This place is amazing! I get my nails done n never had a problem! Services is great. I will never go else where!

What has happened to the concept of calling to make an appointment and actually arriving on time to find the technician ready to go, is courteous and does quality work? Is it too much to expect respect from a business owner and believe they should provide a service and product to customers that meet or exceed their customers' expectations?



The attitude of the owner of this establishment and most workers in this establishment is that of rude remarks and ambivalence--all made within earshot of the customer. Their concern is for quantity vs quality work, for which they charge more than most establishments in the same business...
