I purchased what I was told was the "top of the line" leather desk chair from Westchester Office World. What I was not told was that the frame was made from cheap vinyl. After several months of normal use in my office the cheap vinyl portion of the chair tore right through from hitting the wall behind my desk. Leather, which is what I was told I was buying would have handled this with no problem. The salesman who sold this chair to me said, "I never said the chair was All leather. The manufacturer would laugh at me if I showed them the pictures of your chair." He made no offer to fix the chair or apologize for misleading me. If this is the way they make sales and the service they provide to customers when something goes wrong, other people should be made aware of this. I for one will stay away from this business in the future.

Our office furniture is beautiful. It was planned, priced and delivered as promised. Highly recommended. Nice 2 floor showroom so you can see what you are ordering.

I have purchased several items form Office world over the past nine years. The recommended products were as good as suggested by the sales people. They have always been courteous and responsive and have helped even with a chair mechanism that is 9 years old since I no longer had the manual. I highly recommend this store and would certainly buy there again. They were also responsive to telephone requests and would have made a house call if necessary.

OK if you don't mind vendors with attitude...‎ But we do. And we decided to stop using this vendor to avoid the unbelievable attitude and disrespectful treatment we have received in this particular store.
