We’ve been shopping @ HiLite for many years. They’re selection is extensive. We recently made a purchase and returned it for store credit only, as is their policy. We misplaced the credit slip, but returned today to purchase several light fixtures, assorted bulbs, and two bathroom vanities, likely spending more than $1000. The store claimed they keep no records of credits and despite long conversation, would apparently rather turn away the business of a long time loyal customer. We walked out. Disappointed. Dissatisfied. Will never return.
