run, don't walk! Find a mortgage broker who is true to his word, knowledgable and actually knows his underwriter's guidelines! This is the worst experience I've ever had getting a mortgage...nothing to do with the economy, everything to do with a broker who has no idea what he's doing. If you don't heed the warning and actually do business with him? GET EVERYTHING, AND I MEAN EVERYTHING, IN WRITING. Make sure every communication you have with him is well documented and is in writing. I have 1 star only because it wouldn't accept NONE.
