Best experience in a dental office I have ever. Clean, homey, upbeat, happy and impressive. Dr. Greffrath certainly enjoys his career and his patients. He is professional, kind and thoughtful. I am so happy to have found this office, as I am new to Massachusetts.

I called Dr. Greffrath's office by chance on a Saturday afternoon at 5pm and his secretary answered the phone.. when I said I was surprised she explained that Dr. Greffrath was ON CALL that weekend and they had been quite busy and had actually just finished up. I told her about a situation, and the response and caring that Dr. Greffrath showed was amazing. I cannot compliment or thank him enough. My situation was easily taken care, with a great deal of caring and all I can say is I am grateful. I hope he never stops providing dental care, as the profession would then have lost a great, wonderful, awesome dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Greffrath since he worked in Shrewsbury. I find him consistently professional, never angry or short tempered. His work his superior. I was traveling and had to visit a dentist elsewhere who complimented all my prior dental work. The office is refreshing, clean and very happy each and every time I come for a dental visit. Joan is upbeat and professional as well. He is outstanding and I dispute anyone to state otherwise.

Ok, well I have been to this office many times over the years. Yes, the atmosphere is comfortable and Joan is extremely accommodating. Dr. Greffrath is usually gentle and proficient, however in the recent year I have found him to be inpatient and pre-occupied. If you ask a question he gets a little angry. Not the happy go-lucky Dr he used to be.

I hadn't been to the dentist in 4 years as I am petrified of the dentist. Dr. Greffrath was great. He was kind understanding of my fear and gentle. The office has a very nice atmosphere to and is decorated to make you feel at home. I highly reccommend this dentist!
