Agree with the other reviewer.

It is nearly impossible to get any sort of email response from landlord. I have been a tenant for several years and have not once received an email returned without me needing to call them as a reference to the email. They acknowledge that the email was received over the phone but show no remorse for the delay. These delays can often times cost serious money. They will also not return calls and have missed scheduled meetings. Extremely unprofessional.
