Great experience with Mike this week. He was very personable and knowledgeable about my Samsung dryer. He immediately assessed the situation and fixed my dryer problem by replacing thermostat. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that assisted me with scheduling, she was very nice and was able to accommodate me with the exact time and date that I needed the repair to be done.
