Because of the consistent positive reviews on Nextdoor, I contacted Navid at Prestige for repair/replacement of our Liftmaster garage opener. Navid diagnosed the problem over the phone with an estimate lower than I had received from other companies. His technician timely came out and replaced the Liftmaster opener, with a promise that Navid would follow-up if I had any problems connecting the unit up with our WiFi. The system was easy to connect except for the attached camera. Navid immediately came out to help. Right before he arrived, as I was moving the car out of the garage, the emergency brake handle of my car broke off. The car stopped and blocked the garage door. While Navid was here, he consulted with car dealer over the phone and was able, with some skill, to release the brake so that the car could be moved and the door closed. Navid was professional, efficient, honest and his efforts went beyond expectations.

As easy as it should be. Sent them a request for a busted spring (door still opened) and they responded within 30 min. They showed up the next day, gave a reasonable quote and had it replaced in 30 minutes. I wish all repairs were this easy.
