From showing properties, conducting market research & negotiating offers, I ensure the smooth closing of each real estate transaction. In addition to the more traditional duties, I also can refer important Service Providers (such as loan officers, window washers, home cleaners, painters, carpenters, movers, home inspectors, etc.)!
