I have been renting with them for over 3 yrs now and they have always been great and super attentive whenever there has been any issues with the property. They let me know ahead of time if there are any fees attached to the work if it falls outside normal wear and tear. Overall we have been very happy renting from them. If renting was in the long term, we would stay with this management company.

I have been renting with P & P Property Management, LLC going on two Decades. They have always been efficient and effortlessly courteous, and professional.I have grown very fond of the owners and office staff as well over these years. They have been there even when I was too ill to know I was ill, with encouragement that gave me the energy to sick professional medical attention. If it wasn't for the shades of our skin tones, I would probably declare we were blood related.Chucklz. I am so comfortable in my abode mostly do to the effortless attention and concern from its providers, P & P Property Management.Blessings and Peace to them, and Us all for greater relations now and forevermore.

Very dishonest people, my family and I hired an outside contractor to fix and issues before leaving the apartment just to make sure out security deposit was returned. We even had Naomi come by for a walk through, after theirs she said the apartment was in good condition and we would be returned out full security deposit. After leaving we kept calling them to find out how much we should be expecting. They did not return our calls of answer any questions. When we go out deposit back they took almost half of it. Charges included things they fixed while we were living in the home. When asked about this (Madeline) claimed she was sorry we were supposed to be told about this charge when it happened almost two year ago. We were never told, the apartment was in good condition so they made up bogus charges talking about they fixed things while we lived there. Stay away from this place. They are liers and will steal from you. We should have called the city on them for all the mole, rats and roaches we had to deal with and work like hell to get rid of with minimal help from them. They send an exterminator two and we had to do everything hung else by ourselves to make sure our home was clean and pest free. Do not rent from them. If you rent from them call the city!!!! Now!!!

I've been living in a condo for almost 10 years now and they are great ladies! Every time I have an issue, before or after office hours I always get a response and my problems are usually solved within the next day or 2. When it comes to payments, it is a completely fair deal, if the damage is caused my the renter, the renter pays. I have no problem paying for my damages, and they repair things in a timely manner so it's a plus. They are extremely caring and make sure eveything is fine in the unit amd with me everytime I go pay my rent. Overall, great people and they work fairly in my opinion.

do not rent from this office, i payed 2 deposits ($1,550) to move in and whe i moved out they only gave me $865 and i left the apt in good conditions
