I used REC for my first home inspection which was bank owned 2 fmly. I really like the service. Robert the owner of this small but wonderful company did very very good job on everything. He went into all the details about the property and gave me all the information I need to know. He has a lot of knowledge on this field. Robort says he loves his job and he is very honest with his costumer and I felt it very clearly while he was working with me. And one other thing the price is right.
