The serviceman came to the house and after checking out my washing machine, gave me a service estimate. I was flabbergasted by the price and when I told him I couldn't afford it, he showed me how to install the part myself. I ordered the part, installed it and will give them my business from now on.
One quick call to see if they had a part. They were patient while I looked up the model number I had misplaced. They even offered to stay a few minutes after closing since i could not make it right at 5:00. I highly recommend them!!!
