These engagements encompass the full spectrum of executive and board compensation, including compensation strategy definition (peer group assessment, pay positioning, pay for performance leverage and modeling), annual and long-term incentive design, board compensation, and advising on all technical aspects of executive compensation, including accounting and legal implications. He has significant experience in managing change and transformation, including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and divestitures, and shareholder engagement.
