Pretty unreliable. When I mentioned that I wanted a proposal which spelled out what I would be getting, and told them I would have a proposed contract reviewed by an attorney before I signed it, they went away and never contacted me with any proposal or estimate. I did visit their store to get more information about automatic pool covers, which I planned to have installed. They didn't have anything to show, and advised me to go on line and research it myself. What kind of company does this? I wouldn't buy a kiddie pool from Supreme Pools.
