We moved to the Leland area years ago , had trouble with the ac unit and "someone who we used to work with was a so-called ac dealer" he came out and sold us a very expensive unit , we later found out , that was no good and used. We had numerous problems with it. I finally said enough and luckily got in touch with Jim , a great guy with a heart. He has been there for us ,he answers his calls any time. I know I could not have made it all these years without him. His honesty impresses me , when so many others have failed in that area.He has never said no , I can't make it today. We are like most struggling in this economy , a week ago our unit finally just stopped , we have had allot of financial difficulties due to medical problems , we could not afford a new unit ,Jim sat with us and God Bless him , he helped us work things out with a unit we could afford. Jim and Kurt were here and put the unit in the next day. No problems , it's so much better, running great and we can tell so much difference. Total Comfort will always be our choice.Their real people , helping people , not just a company , so much more. Thank You so very much!

I called several HVAC Repair Companies last night, Jim was the only one who called me back before 9 AM the next morning. Jim called me within five minutes of my calling his company-excellent response. Kurt came out to troubleshoot the system, he was on-time, professional, personable, and very thorough. Kurt gave me the good news and the bad, quoted the job to which I agreed, and he exceeded my expectations with his service level and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone looking for a Prompt, Personal, High Quality Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor. Great Job!!!

We are very happy with our new Trane heat pump installed by Total Comfort Services. We got 6 bids and chose TCS because of Jim's knowledge, professionalism and competative prices. Our system was installed in one day by courteous workers. We will not hesitate to recommend Total Comfort Services to friends and family. Thank you Jim and crew !

Jim was recommended to my husband and me from a friend when our A/C stopped working. We were thrilled with his work. He was honest with us, showed us the problem, and did an amazing job.I was so happy with his work that I recommended him to my employer. He came through for the school and fixed the problem at a fraction of the cost we were quoted by competitors!Thanks Jim

I have used Jim with Total Comfort for several years and he has always responded quickly and has ALWAYS given me a fair price! I trust Jim totally and would make any repairs without question. If you call someone else it will cost you!I have referred a lot of people to Jim and have received "thank you" calls for the referral from the customers.

I have known Jim Bonetti of Total Comfort for three years. He is the BEST at what he does! Several times when my air conditioning has stopped working, I have called him and his response has been immediate! He will always work me into his busy schedule, even if it means that he must work late into the night. Jim is the kind of business owner who is totally consciencious and strives to exceed everyone's expectations. He always does the work himself, so you know that it is perfect when he leaves. There is never a "stranger" in your house. It is always the owner of the business himself! Make sure you call him for either a service call or a new unit. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
