I love Talbots clothes so my review is for customer service at this store only. I was shopping on January 2nd and the store was busy but only had 2 people working. There was a lineup to check out at one end so I went to the other end and interrupted a sales clerk from her break to check me out. She was not happy and let me know it with a surly attitude all through the transaction. Apparently break time takes priority over customer service at this store.
