I paid for a facial but it was worse than something I could do at home. There was no steam, no extraction, no professional products...Clinique was recommended. The facial was done in a dark room with no close up mirror/light. She simply washed my face, put a few creams on then covered my face with a wet piece of cotton for about 20 minutes which was miserable. I would not go back nor would I recommend it.
