I've gotten 6 tattoos from Matt at Northside and have never had a bad experience there. He even fixed a horrible mess on my wrist that someone at Northern Lights did. They come off a little intimidating, but they know what they're talking about. I think if some people just sucked it up and accepted that the people in the shop are the experts instead of taking it as them being condescending then they would have a better experience.
