What a shop! I was blown away at the service and attention to detail I experienced working with Rob as he built me my custom road bike! Being 6'5" it's hard for me to find the correct fit with a bike "off the rack". Working with Rob was a pleasure and he made sure to get me on a custom built bike that fits like a glove. He now has yet another customer for life!

Awesome service and the most knowledgeable staff in the tri-state area! These guys know how to take care of you and get you on the exact bike you are looking for. while other shops want to slap you on a bike and get you out the door these guys take to time to talk to you and get you set up with exactly what you are looking for! As a long time rider, who has patronized my share of bikes shops, I can confidently say that Garrison's is easily one of the best around, for both sales, and service. On the sales side, the store offers something for everyone, from kids, to new riders, to the dedicated cyclist. Service is top notch, with a team of some of the most knowledgeable, and meticulous mechanics assembled under one roof. If you're looking for great products, educated advice, and top-notch service, Garrison's is the place to go.

These guys are top knotch. I had a certificate to another bike store, but decided to have Garrison's the perform my regular bike maintenance instead. They exhibit a level of detail and care that I have not seen at the other local stores.

I flatted while out riding Rt52 and low and behold walked into Garrison's Cyclery b/c of convenience and was treated like a regular! Without hesitation they put my bike into the repair stand, addressed the flat and corrected a few outstanding issues I wasn't aware of. Being able to sit and ask questions 5ft from where my bike was being serviced made me at ease. They weren't trying to sell me a bunch of stuff either! They offered to schedule an appointment for the more extensive service which is needed and guaranteed a 24hr turn around time.... I will be taking them up on that offer!
