Hi, I'm an individual who keeps it real 100%, well I love the family dollar store on 2600 governor printz blvd. Mrs. Wanda is a great boss and the way she runs the store is great. The employees she hires had to be hand picked from her because about 97% of them does a great job, when she's there to when's she not. Especially this one employee by the name of Love. He great for our community and what I mean I was born in raised in riverside homes and we( meaning our community) has never met a more genuine person like him. He always smiling, respectful, and willing to lend a hand if one is needed. Our kids love him, he always asking them how was school when they enter the store that when they come home the first place they want to adventure to is family dollar. I've notice lately Love been having this young man( who shall remain unnamed) help him out doing little tasked to keep him off the streets and out of trouble. And I found out that the employees pay him out of their own pocket. I've spoken with this gentlemans father and he said he's glad Mrs. Wanda has him on her staff because now he knows his son ain't in trouble or in jail because Love watches over him( as in a big brother program) but the store is ran greatly, it's always clean in there. One of the best family dollars in Delaware if you asked me. But we thank family dollar for hiring Love, because if he can reach out and changed one child that was on the road for something probably not good, and be successful then it's a start. Love work ethics has touched own community over in riverside so much, we've been thinking of throwing him a thank you gathering to show him our appreciation for what he has down for and to our community of riverside. He's really appreciated, Sincerely, an individual who keeps it real.....
