I work in a doctors office, had the same patient twice, both times this patient has come to our office reaking of urine. Very disappointed that this patient woudl be delivered to a doctors office smelling like this to sit amongst other patients. There is no aid present with her to help or clean her. This is not how patients should be transported to another office. Very not happy.
