I gave them an address in Newport De. Zip code 19804.
They delivered the fruit and flowers to a similar address in Wilmington, de. Zip code. 19801.
The person never got the gifts on time for the funeral. I even told the people at Boyds that the address was in Newport,de. Very disappointed in their service and
follow-up. They showed no regrets or compassion.
Great place to order flowers! They make the ordering experience very easy.
I have used this site now for over 3 years and will continue to use it.
The staff is wonderful, always available to assist you if need be.
I never miss an occasion to send flowers to family and friends because I'm sent a reminder that a special event is coming up.
Lastly, their Sharing Hands Program is also a plus for me. Knowing that I can choose a participating organization from the list to receive a percentage of the proceeds from my purchase is wonderful!

I have used Boyds flowers in Wilmington, DE, for both personal and business purchases, since recieving a fruit basket over seven years ago. I was amazed at the freshness of the fruit and high quality items placed in it. I have not gone to another florist since. I even used them for my wedding. The arrangements are fresh and well sized. The customer service is prompt, friendly and very professional. The recipients of my gifts have always been overwhelmed with the artistry of the arrangements. I highly recommend Boyds to anyone!

this place likes to send people dead flowers !!!! do they check them before they send them out???my mother was very upset at the quality of flowers she got on mother's day!!!!please don't use this florist!!! waste of time and money!!!!
Don't be fooled by false advertising. This shop is not located in McMurray, PA. They will charge YOU a service charge & they will then order from a florist who is located in McMurray.

worst flower shop on Pennsylvania Ave. I've ordered in the past & should have know better. ordered flowers for my moms b-day. flowers died in 2 days. they offered to redeliver said no. didn't even get offer to refund my money. brought them in to show them they had died. i was suppose to have them for my wedding thank god i got a credit from the reception hall to pick a different florest. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
