Dont trust this company to keep their word on the estimated cost or time to complete a job. If you do sign on with these folks ensure to get everything in writing estimate completion date, estimate cost (including material and labor), advise as soon as changes are anticipated, and detail all labor (including clean-up). I hired them to install approximately 1600 sq ft of tile. They estimated the cost as approx $2600 in labor (at $45 per hour) to be competed in four days (Tue- Sat). The following Friday, they claimed they were complete, packed up, presented the bill (which was seven times more than the original estimate cost), and prepared to depart. Trash was strewn all over the house and backyard, grout was ground into existing carpet and splashed over several walls (especially in the inconspicuous places like closets), tools were scattered about, carpet was stained, walls were dinged, storage shelves were left dismantled, and I could go on.
