Been a customer with SOSA tires for a very long time now, never been let down always get great customer service! My entire family goes there for their great deals on such good tires (almost new). I live like 2 blocks from SOSAS and SALINAS but I rather stick with SOSA for repairs or to buy tires.

This company refuses to guarantee there shoddy work and also demonstrate very poor customer service to the extend of being rude. Two months ago I stopped by to have a nail pulled out of my tire. They repaired the tire by putting in a plug. I recently noticed that the tire had a slow leak. I took it to Firestone and was told that the plug that Sosa's placed in my tire was leaking air slowly. They informed me that they could not repair a tire that had been poorly plugged by another company. They suggested that Sosa Tires should guarantee there work. I then drove back to Sosa Tire and asked if they would fix there mistake by placing a patch over the bad plug. They said yes but I would have to pay the cost again. They refused to make good on there poor work or even apologize. They have put my familys life in danger if the tire blows out. I will never patronize there company again and recommend all be cautious when dealing with this business and there employees
