Called Nick of MGucci Limo Service just days before my sons senior prom on June 7, 2012. My son had the time of his life. Nick's driver Mark arrived 1/2 hour earlier than agreed upon. He was very well dressed and just added a lot of class to the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this limo service as well as use them myself in the future. If you're not going "GUCCI" then stay HOME! Thank you Nick for everything.

I wanted to reserve a Limo for Saturdat August 22, 2009. I called M Gucci and reserved the limo for that date. I was told I needed to leave a deposit. So I scheduled a deposit of $100.00. M Gucci processed the payment for $700.00. I have tried repeatedly to resolve this matter with them. They keep telling me that they will send me a check...but they don't. Now they won't even answer my phone calls. I have received no credit nor refund. This was done with my debt card. Here is a copy of one of several emails to them...which they will not reply to. Hi I spoke with you this morning in regards to a limo reservation I made for Saturday, August 22. I requested to put down a $100.00 deposit on the limo service. The total came to $700.00, which I said I will pay the $600.00 on the 22nd of August in cash. Instead my checking account was charged $700.00 instead of ONLY $100.00. this morning my checking account is all messed up because the payment was processed for too much money and the $600.00 is not NOT there to pay the bills I had scheduled. I spoke with my bank who said they will pay the bills NOW I am out an additional $150.00 because of MGucci's mistake of processing a $100.00 payment for $700.00. also the $600.00 refund is still not there... I don't think it is fair that I am having checks bounce and NSF fee's of $ 150.00 on top of this for a mistake on MGucci's part... A week later I called again...and Nick said I would have a check in the mail. Well 6 days later NO CHECK and I live 1 hour from them. They will not answer my phone calls or call back when a leave a message or email.I feel totally ripped off...scammmed...robbbed and cheated...and still no refund...and NO service provided by them...al I have gotten was lies...after lies...after lies... Pay the extra money and go with another company and save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this company...You can't trust them!!!
