Excellent people, good facilities, terrific atmosphere; my wife and I both attend (separately).

The basic Freestyle approach is to listen carefully to each client and to then customize a routine designed to meet expectations, a routine that varies each session.

FREESTYLE FITNESS is a spacious yet intimate training studio with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Unlike most facilities we limit the number of machines in order to preserve the open space needed to simulate a workout regiment that can be performed inside and outside of the gym.

Our 21-Day Jumpstart Program is unlike any other program available because it combines not only the fitness and the nutrition aspect, but also an educational experience to you, the client. You will lose pounds and inches, increase your strength and endurance, and lower your blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Here is what the program consists of:The Workout: (5) One Hour personal training sessions per week, for 3 weeks. Your sessions are diverse and you are never over trained. As we go from day to day we focus on different muscle groups and different forms of exercise including, resistance training, metabolic rate training, and core strengthening.The Meal Plan: Every single client is different; there is no such thing as a good diet, rather a great diet for "You". We customize each meal plan specifically for your lifestyle, while correcting any unproductive eating habits.Weekly Measurements and Testing: We will be taking measurements at the end of each week in order to ensure that your hard work is getting you closer to your goal. If your program needs to be tweaked in order to see better results we will make those changes. Again, not one size fits all but there is always a way around a roadblock.Follow Up: In three weeks you will be stronger, healthier, educated, and more motivated to keep going. At the end of your three weeks we will show you where you improved and what to do going forward. While most people continue training, everyone develops a foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
