The garage is clean which is a plus. Although, i brought a car in there once and a one day job took almost a month to get back. There always seems to be a lot of business there. The job gets done but in my opinion I think Gary could use an attitude adjustment as he would refuse to give me an estimate that I needed to FAX. He told me off I was better off going to a body shop to replace an aux fan. So in that case I guess he just didn't have interest in a 1 hr job. I don't really blame him but it still seemed on the rude side.

I have been taking my cars to Gary, first in Concord and now in Westford, for almost 20 years. He is honest about what needs to be done, or not done, he is clear about the price, he keeps track of what is about to go wrong with my car and what to keep an eye on. He does a great job and works quickly. And stands by his work. Getting my car fixed is just not something I have worried about since I met him.

Gary and his staff routinely diagnose problems that other mechanics have missed and have been honest an upfront in every situation. They are professional and skilled. Dont rush them! They take the time that they need to get the job done. They arent dragging their feet, but they do work long hours, because they want to diagnose correctly and do the job right.

I have had very good experience dealing with Gary Stanley the owner of International Auto in Westford MA. I have taken my wife's 2003 Mercedes and my 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder for repairs and the service and price are very good. The shop has a lot of Mercedes and BMW owners getting their cars fixed there also. Gary is willing to work with you to get the best solution within a budget you can afford. I have found Gary very knowledgeable, open and straightforward when discussing the repairs to a vehicle. I would recommend International Auto as a competent, reputable and fair repair shop.
