The deli in Tampa is DISGUSTING! I had blood on my ham from the roast beef they sliced beforehand ...i refuse to eat any deli meats..something needs to be done with this cross contamination...they do not clean their slicers after each cut...it's NASTY!!

the management in hanover township pennsylvania needs management training. a lot of the employees are not properly trained. management has no time. it is a very poor relationship

I purchased a 16 oz bag of Pecan halves from you. On the back of the package it stated that it may contain shell pieces, so in making a batch of cookies I kept a watchful eye out for them. As one of my grandkids was eating one of the cookies, she started to chock on a shell that got missed. I strongly feel that you need to greatly enlarge that warning on the bottom of the backside of the package to the front side of the package. Many people in their haste may not be see that warning on the bottom back side.

Not only are their stores inferior - they block calls to Corporate because they don't want to hear about it - terrible~

We had several issues with both an order placed on line and in the Clay,N.Y. store with an outdoor table set. The General manager Bob Alletzhauser was so helpful and went out of his way to satisfy us. Great Customer Service! Thanks Bob
