In this age of mediocrity and lackadaisical customer service, I was highly impressed by the level of professionalism and product knowledge provided by the folks that run this family-owned business. Interestingly enough, their prices were just a tad lower than another larger firm nearby. Their embroidery work is top-notch. Kudos are well-deserved.
