I went to this verizon to open a new line for me and my mom. Vash was the name of the worker that helped us I think. He was patient with my mom as she was a new smartphone user. This location even offered her a one on one session to help her with the transition from her 1990's flip phone to her iphone (lol)

I didnt expect much but, wow, was I wrong. The service was great and I got my new plan set up with no problems. Great people.

solid experience. got my phone replaced pretty quickly and the service was super solid. very chill even when they were so busy.

The wait time was on average with what I've had before with other Verizon stores (enough time to run across the street for a drink.) The staff that helped me, Vack, was very helpful and did everything he could to answer my questions, upgrade my phone, and get me back on the road.

Horrible, the store has all scammers. They said my bill was going to be $300 a month. Try like double that. A ton of hidden fees. Don't trust them.

I have been shopping at this location for the past several years. They have always done right for my personal and business account. Raj the owner is a good friend to every one in the neighborhood as well

Tried to sell us a $240 plus deal for a replacement phone. They lied and said my phone was discontinued and wasn't covered by my insurance, and that the brand itself sucked so they didn't even offer me a newer model. Would up calling Protect Cell and they sent me a new phone of the same model for $125, and when we went to a none R and K Verizon store, they told us Verizon still carried my model and that the newer models were just as good and very popular. I don't recommend going if you don't want to be scammed.
