My experience with Dr. Stein's receptionist Pam made me think about the lack of respect people have in this world. I asked to speak with the doctor...still feeling dizzy I needed to ask about the medication he prescribed for an ear infection. She replied that I should go to the emergency room and hung up the phone, twice. My insurance company will be told about this incident - the follow up care doesn't exist!!!
