We got excellent help picking out camping supplies and backpacks. The salesman knew what he was talking about. He made sure that we got the right equipment and that the backpacks fit correctly. We even walked around the store with bags of sand in the backpacks to simulate the bags when they're full. It gave you a good feel for what hiking with the pack would be like. Plus they have a program where you become a member and received profit sharing at the end of the year.
