I have been using them for my westies since moving to the area, and have always been treated great and they do a great job with my girls. I love the fact I can come watch them groom them or just observe them while they work.

I call just to verify an appointment for August 4 at 8 AM for my three dogs at pet smart before we leave Friday on vacation. I booked this appointment three weeks ago. The person that I spoke with said I did not have an appointment and I told her that I booked this appointment three weeks ago. She said unless I could remember who I talk to there was nothing she could do she had no openings tomorrow and didn't really believe that I called for an appointment. she didn't even apologize for the mistake or say I'll look into it I asked to speak with the store manager and she said I am the store manager. How many store managers would get away with talking to a client like that. Will never buy anything at Pet Smart again . If they had less than one star I would even give them that

Super High Grooming Prices & Poor Customer Service: I have a Border Collie who is 65# who did have some matting on her hip/thigh area. I called and got a quote for $60 so I made the appointment. After they had groomed her - which they did a good job of - I went to the check out to pay. It was $102.00. It was busy and my dog really wanted out of there so I paid the bill and thought I would call later. When I look at the receipt when I got home it said my dog was a malimute, which she is not. I called to complain and had to wait for the manager to call me back, which was fine. She told me that my dog is way over 65# and I should weigh her because I am wrong. she has a "malimute type coat" so that is why they charged so much. I have had her groomed other places and the highest was $70. Not impressed and will not be going back.
