My family has been using Quality Carpet for many years & I would never use any other co. The owner Karl, is prompt, accommodating, & easy to work with. He came in an emergency when my dog injured himself & bleed all over my brand new carpet. Another time in a new home, he came back to touch up at no charge. I highly recommend Quality over any other company especially the cleaning franchises and big box retailers that sell carpet but sub out for cleaning. Karl takes pride and true ownership in his work. Very good job - floors dried quickly. Contractor was on time and curteous.
