I've been going to Jiffy Lubes for my oil changes for years. I found the Manager (James) very pleasent and helpful. The staff was very courteous. I never even once opened a doo! They talked to me and explained the products they were using on my car. Overall I was very pleased with not only thier quality service and products but also their outstanding customer service. They also have good coupons in the paper and at their stores. Not like their not affordable already :)
