Paul and his staff are (for a lack of a better word) AWESOME! I expected to get the old "run around, or vague responses when trying to get updates on my case, as is the case with most "busy" law firms. But I got just the opposite, both Paul & Amy kept me up to date when any info was available. If I had a question (which I had many at the beginning). They even called and checked in on my well being from time to time. Whenever I had a question I got answers and when my case was settled he sat down with me, and went over everything. They treated me like a person not a #.
