Provided by YPmobileMan was very helpful and informative on the phone. When i got there for my emissions testing, they were very patient with my 3 monsters, and put cartoons on for them. Hey did a very fast job on my car . Would definitely go back.

Provided by YP.comThey did a water pump for my jeep, in very little time, with very little notice, a few day before they moved. Great job! Great price! They also did some work on my girlfriend Maxima. It needed a Knock Sensor, which is a pretty big deal because it is in the engine. But instead of replacing it with a new one ( like most shops ), they took the time to look at the part and determined that it just needed to be cleaned. So they cleaned it, reinstalled it. The car passed emissions and has been running great ever since. Great job! Great price!
Tomorrow I'm going to look into buying a used Volvo.First thing I'm going to do is, go to Nelsons to have them inspect it.
Thanks guys. Its really nice to have Mechanics i can trust!

Provided by YP.comI bought my car there to get diagnosed and they qouted me around 3,000.00 dollars to fix my coolant leak and also said it would take them around 2 weeks to do the repairs! This business also told me my car was old and asked if it was really worth fixing! So after taking a friends advice I took my Jeep to Robert's Dodge for a second opinion. They were able to completely fix my car for only 500.00 dollars and I had my car back the next day!! The Machanic at Robert's Dodge also ensured me that my Jeep was in great shape and has a strong running engine and I would be driving my car for a long long time! I feel that this shop tried to take advantage of me. They claim of course that they wouldn't so they are either lying or they need new machanics!
When customer returned offered several times to pull her vehicle in the shop and show her in person other leaks on her truck the dealer missed.Customer was only interested in yelling and using profane language.I'm sure if the dealer had removed her alternator as I did they would have seen the coolant leak at the intake as well.Customer did NOT return for a solution to her problem, she only returned to disrespect the staff and make a fool of herself in front of other customers and her young daughter.Eventually when her truck begins overheating because its' low on coolant, hopefully she'll return with an apology.
