- We are located in the heart of Waldorf at 2745 Old Washington Rd (south bound). We are located inside the Elite Gymnastics and Recreation Center (operated by the Charles County Dept. of Community Services).

Waldorf Action Martial Arts was established in 1987 to offer the Waldorf Community a quality family environment in which to practice the martial art of Taekwondo. From our pre-school programs to our martial arts fitness programs, our instructors are dedicated to helping you and/or your family achieve your individual goals. Our goal is always to assist you in being the best that you can be. From the first time you enter our school, you’ll realize Waldorf Action Martial Arts is unlike any other school in the area. That’s because we always teach with a relaxed demeanor in a family-centered environment. (Note: Many of the parents of our younger students also practice at our school.) We Promise To Earn Your Respect, Every Single Day We don’t demand discipline or respect. We earn it. We teach a traditional Korean Martial Art in a very untraditional atmosphere. Our instructors entertain as well as educate and inspire our students to reach for their personal best. Martial Arts Programs For All Ages At WAMA. We have a program for just about everyone in your family. Our programs are structured so that our students develop a wide variety of personal safety skills, including kicking, punching, and blocking. As our students learn these skills, they are also absorbing the social and mental benefits for which the martial arts are renowned: self-discipline, respect, courage, honesty, compassion, commitment, and self-sacrifice.
